1 LONDON. Nov. 22. A Select Committee has boon appointed to report on Mr Stuart Samuel's case. The Prime Minister has referred to a Select Committee tho question of the propriety of Mr Stuart Montagu Samuel, a member of the firm of Samuel Montagu and Company, retaining his .-seat in the House of Commons as Liberal member for the Whitechapol Division of Tower Hamlets, because of tho mirchase of large qunatities of silver by the Indian Government through his firm.
