COURT FRACAS.

Great scandal has been caused in Borne by a seen© which took place in the law courts, where a case in. which anonymous letters and numerous members of the Italian aristocracy are involved is proceeding. As the Marquis Calabrini, Grand Equerry to the King, who is one of the witnesses, was leaving the court tlje Marquis Spinola, who .is the plaintiff in the action and -who considered himself insulted by the Marquis Calabmni'B evidence, struck him violently on the head with his stick. At the same instant the two sons of the Marquis Spinola alßo assaulted the Marquis Calabrini, hitting nim in the face •with their fists. Several members of the Italian- aristocracy who intrefered, among others the Duke of Torlonia and Count Negroni, were also struck by the Marquis Spinola and his sons.
