TAXICAB BLOWN UP.
♦- BOMB LEFT INSIDE BY A FARE. A bomb outrage, believed to be an act of vengeance by one of the taxioab drivers who have been on strike for several months, occurred early the other day in Paris, in a street near the Gare de Lyon. After a fare hod left ire the Rue de Turenne, a bomb, which he must have deposited inside the oafe, exploded with terrific force, blowing out ono door and smashing all tie wijodowa. Fragments wounded the chwjffeiur in the elbow and struek two-passers-by. Tlie windows of a bank were broken, and the noise aroused the neighborhood. Some fragments of the bomb examined at the municipal laboratory show that it is of the same pattern as an infernal machine placed.in a taxicab last February. The driver hat given an exact desoriptioa of his fare. The strikers hate already perpetrated acts of violence on strikebreakers, and one of the- lattef*w*» rtotfltiy killed in a riot outside the garage at Lerallow* Perret.
