Russian Upheaval.
-♦- Revolts are extending throughout F.uropenn Russia. Even the school boys have revolted, and refuse to return to the technical schools, and have compelled the closing of public and private schools in Warsaw. The peasants have plundered the Czar's estates, (hose of the late Duke Sergius, and other members of the royal family. The damage is reckoned al millions of roubles. The Czar is a close prisoner in his house and gardens in dread of Anarchist plots. "His page boy has turned out an Anarchist and been denounced.
