Lego's agreement with us, pub- ' lished in your issue of Friday, we beg to say that the Agreement is perfectly correct. —We agreed to allow Lego to slaughter his stock in our yard till his own yard was ready, the condition being that he should slaughter our stock in the meantime. This he has not done. On ■Saturday (6th) we asked him to kill two sheep for Us, and he refused, saying he would not do it till Monday, when we had to slaughter the sheep ourselves.
