CRONJE'S SURRENDER.
ADDITIONAL PARTICULARS. CRONJE AND ROBERTS MEET. London, March 1. General Cronje, who was very quiet and dignified, attired as a civilian and mounted' on a pony, rode into the British camp. He saluted Lord Eoberts, who went up to him and shook hands. The British Cornmander-in-ehi j f congratulated his foe upon his gallant defence, and invited him to partake of breakfast with him. General Cronje regretted his inability to continue bis defence, but admitted that he had had a very uncomfortable time, and had lost terribly.
