An unrivalled opportunity of securing first-class farms on one of the Choicest Estates in Otago. Terms of payment exceptionally easy, WRIGHT, STEPHENSON & 00. are favored with instructions from the executors of the late James Logan, Esq., to sell by public auction at above time and place — The celebrated Popotunoa Estate, containing 5,432 acres or thereabouts, subdivided into a large number of moderate sized farms. The flock consists of 752 2-tooth maiden Romney Marsh Ewes, 511 4-tooth Romney Marsh Ewes, 721 4 and 6-tooth Romney Marsh Ewes, 724 6 and 8-tooth Romney Marsh Ewes, 237 stud Merino Ewes (all ages) ; total breeding Ewes, 2945.
