New Advertisements. CHALLENGE ACCEPTANCE. I hereby accept Bernstone's Challenge under the following conditions : — (1) That the sum be not less than £10. (2) That the Garment made by each be a first-class black cloth Dress Coat. (3) That arrangements be mad© whereby it could be aeen that each man had made the coat himself without outside assistance. (4) That the said coats be judged by a first-class man or men from Dunedin, and that the said man or men pass a full critical detail of the quality of work done in each garment. (5) That the money be put down at once in suitable person's hands after mutual acceptanca. lam very busy and would not bother with the above— it being below my dignity as a good tradesman to do so— but the public will see lam obliged to protect myself from such an unbusinesslike style of bidding for trade. NOTICE.— As the above has turned to nonsensical fabrications, and as Ido not profens to excell in anything but my trade, I shall withdraw the above notice after this week's issue but I shall still be open to accept the challenge —not for a day, nor a week, but for all time.
