WRIGHT, STEPHENSON & CO. have received instructions from the Executors of the late James Logan, Esq. , to sell by auction, at above time and plnoe that most desirable property known i as the POPOTUNOA ESTATE/ Containing about 5432 acres of splendid rolling downs land, situate in one of the most picturesque spots in Otago, the base of Popotunoa Hill (within one mile of Clinton Railway Station). Included in the estate, and on the hill, are 130 acres of beautiful, heavy native bush, carefully preserved by the late Mr Logan. There is a magnificent new house and Stable on this choice property, the erection of which has only just been completed. The woolshed, sheep yards, dip, etc. are all in first-class order, as [also are the fences by which the estate is enclosed and subdivided into a very large number of paddocks.
