In the Queen's speech at the opening of the Imperial Parliament on Monday intimation is given that a Local Veto Bill will be included in the legistation of the session. In this connection it is worthy of note that a very remarkable and powerful manifest was recently issued by the labour leaders at Home demanding the veto bill.
