RATE NOTICE. : Public Notice is hereby given that the Borough Council of Balclutha, at a meeting to be held in the Council' Chambersat 8.15 p^m. on the 15th July, intend to make a GENERAL RATE of One Shilling in the £ on all property as appearing in the Valuation Roll for, the time being in force', for the year ending March 31st, 1891 ; said rate to be payable in one instalment on July 29th, 1890.
