THE LONDON WOOL SALES.

June 25th.— 12,000 bales catalogued. Greasy sorts were fairly steady. The decline is chiefly in scoured merinos, which are from 7^ to 10 per cent, lower. Orossbreds are from 5 to 7\ per cent, lower. Sales are fixed up till August 1.

26th. — Wool is brisker owing to purchases for the American market.

27th. — Prices unchanged. The market is dull, except for sorts suitable for American manufactures, whose demand is improving.

29th. — The total number of bales sold at wool sales up to date is 58,400, of which 3,200 have been held over.

30th. — Prices unchanged.
