Mr Reid for plaintiff and Mr Taylor for defendant. Judgment whs given in this case for plaintiff for L3l 15s Bd, costs of Court LI 9s. witnesses expenses LI, and professional fee L 2 2s, his Worship stating that the balance of evideuce was in favour of a weekly hiring at .the rate of L6O per year, and that no notice of leaving was given.
