(who is about leaving for the Home country), to sell by public auction without reserve, on the ground, on S_iday, October 11, All that valuable Freehold Property situated on the Koua branch of the Clutha River, about four miles below Balclutha, and adjoining the property of John Shaw, Esq., Finegand, compris- I ing 200 acres of the most fertile agricultural land in the Clutha District. Of the above, 40 acres sown in wheat, and 10 in oats; the remainder in grass. The whole is subdivided into six paddocks, fenced with posts and rails, and planted with thorn and gorse.
