(who is about leaving for the home country), to sell by public auction WITHOUT reserve, on the ground, on iTriday, - October 11 , All that valuable Freehold Property situated on the Koua branch of the Clutha River, about four miles below Balclutha, and adjoining the property of John Shaw, Esq., Finegand, comprising 200 acres of the most fertile agricultural land in the Clutha .District.
