Mails for Dunedin and Milton close daily ai 10.30 a.m., 3.30 p.m., and 10 p.m. "On-Sundaya at 5 p.m. Close for Lovells Flat, Stirling, Inch Clutha and Kaitangata daily at 10. p.m. On Sundays at 5 p.m. .- , Close for Kaihiku, Waiwera, Clinton,, Waipahi, Mataura, G-ore, and Invercargill daily at 10 a.m. For Tapanui daily at 10 a.m. For Warepa, Waitepeka, Puerua, Port Molyneux and Catlins River on Tuesdays and Fridays at 10 a.m.
The Post Office is open daily (Sundays and holi days excepted) for the transaction of Money Orders, Savings Bank, and Government Life Insurance business from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., and for other branches until 5 p.m. Telegraph : week clays 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sundays and holidays : 10 a.m. to 10.30 a.m., and from 5 p.m. to 5.30. p.m. Register of Births, Deaths and Marriagee from 10 a,m. to 4 p.m. A.
