Proof having been given to the Assessment Court of the South Molyneux Road District, that no Valuation List, as required by the Rating Act, 1876, has been prepared for the said District, I hereby appoint Alexander Anderson and Peter Gemmxll Wright to be Valuers to make such List, and hereby fix and appoint the times and places following for the purposes hereinafter stated : — For the preparation, signing, ancl transmittal of the Valuation List to the local body : Up to the 16th May, 1877. For the deposit of the Valuation List for public inspection : The Office of the South Molyneux Road Board, Port Molyneux, from tlie 16th to the 25th May, 1877. For lodging objections to the Valuation List or to any matter therein : - On or before the 25th May, 1877. Por the sitting of the Assessment Court for the purpose of hearing and determining all objections to the said List : Whytock's Puerua ASotel, Puerua, on Saturday, 2nd June, 1877, at S p.m. E. H.
