TV3 debut
TV3 Network will list today, the Stock Exchange announced yesterday. The private television broadcasting company becomes the second new listing on the boards since the October ’B7 sharemarket crash. Air New Zealand became the first when it was listed in October. The TV3 issue consisted of 5.4 million 100 c shares, which were issued at 250 c each.
The Stock Exchange said that TV3 would replace Wellesley Resources on its top 50 company board.
