You will liaise closely with the New Zealand Dairy Board and the manufacturing dairy industry, ensuring that their needs are identified and satisfied. Your job history will probably include experience within the dairy industry, ideally with milk production and applications. Outstanding communication and human relations skillswill stand you in good stead in the effective management of a team of 22, and your dealings and negotiations with people at all levels, within and outside the organisation. Other essential qualifications are a bachelors degree in science, engineering or technology. Fluency in the use of PC based software would be an advantage.
