An artist’s impression of the New Albion Tavern building, on Colombo Street north of Kilmore Street The building, developed and owned by a city property company, Industrial Holdings, is expected to be completed by Christmas. It features a tavern and restaurant on the first floor, named after the New Albion Hotel, formerly on' the site.
