I. Title: This By-Law may be cited as the Rangiora District Stock Droving ByLaw 1989 No. 1. 11. Commencement: This ByLaw shall come into force as from 9.00 a.m. on Wednesday, Ist day of November, 1989. The provisions attached to the copy of this Special Order and entitled the Rangiora District Stock Droving ByLaw 1989 No. 1 are hereby adopted as this By-Law. The Special Order to make this By-Law was passed by the Rangiora District Council at the Ordinary Monthly Meeting held on Tuesday, July 25,1989, and confirmed at the Ordinary Monthly Council Meeting held on Tuesday, October 24, 1989.
