Magnesium joint venture
Pancontinental Mining said it has signed a joint venture agreement with Queensland Metals Corp, Nl, and RadexHeraklith Industriebeteiligungs AG, of Austria, to develop a magnesia project at Kunwarara in central Queensland. Pancontinental chairman, Mr Tony Grey, told the company’s annual general meeting that the capital cost for the project was estimated at sAustlBo million (JNZ236M).
