Ascot Man. buy aids return
The acquisition of the management company for the Australian Rural Property Trust helped Ascot Management Corporation New Zealand return to profit in the year ended
June 30. The Auckland-based trust management group returned a total profit of $553,044 ($128,091 loss previously) in its latest year.
The directors said that the acquisition of the Australian management company increased funds under management to more than SI9OM. Also helping the return
to profit was the strong flow of funds into the New Zealand Rural Property Trust, they said. No dividend has been recommended by the directors. '
