Our Office does not do Visas. Your Travel Agent will help you with this. THEN confirm your travel dates. HOW TO GET A PASSPORT COME to our Office for an application form or go to a Travel Agent for one. READ the form twice before you start to write. GET together all the documents you need including a full Birth Certificate (go to Births, Deaths and Marriages for one of these. They are in the Manchester Unity Building, Christchurch.) PLEASE don’t call us to see how we’re getting along with your application unless within one week of travel. CALL into the Office with your finished application form, your signed photos and your documents and we will check to make sure everything is correctly completed. You can mail applications to us but any mistake you make with your application will add to the processing time. Check it before you send it. We mail your passport to you. REMEMBER 1. Allow plenty of time to get a passport before you travel. 2. Check your application before we see it. 3. Wait patiently, it will arrive.
