Situations Vacant Situations Vacant STATISTICS OFFICER This is a new position reporting to the Registrar. The successful applicant will be responsible for the collation and analysis of statistical information related to administrative systems of the University. The appointee will be expected to generate reports as required for administrative, academic management staff and by the Ministry of Education. This includes the development of appropriate procedures for the collection and interpretation as well as close liaison with staff within the University. Formal training in statistics and experience in the use of statistics in a management context is essential. Familiarity with computer systems and the ability to use a statistical package (e.g. SPSS x SAS) will also be required. A university qualification or university experience would be an advantage.
