Snow
By
KATHRYN COBB
Aged 10 Hearing loss: Severe Snow is fun, snow can be made into a snowman or a snowlady. Last year, 1988, on my birthday, it snowed on the way home from Cobb and Co. When we got home Elizabeth and I made a snowman in the dark and Mum took a photo with a flash. Our snowman wasn’t
very good, it nearly fell over.
In the morning I went outside in my warm pyjamas and dressing gown. Elizabeth was already outside and she threw a snowball at Mum and me.
When we got home from school I made a mountain of snow and called it Mount Cobb. I made a flag and put it at the top. Next morning there was no more snow.
