Harlin claims 51.2pc
NZPA-AAP Melbourne Harlin Holdings Pty, Ltd, said it believes it has moved past 51.2 per cent control of Elders IXL on a fully diluted basis. A spokesman for Harlin, the takeover vehicle owned by Elders IXL executives including chairman Mr John Elliot, said the company believed it had bought all 28.8 million Elders IXL shares traded yesterday morning. Harlin’s Aust3ooc a share (NZ396c) offer for Elders IXL shares closes tomorrow.
