(2) All unsecured creditors and shareholders of DK Holdings and DKNZ should have received a letter, approved by the High Court, explaining the meaning and effect of a pooling order and advising all unsecured creditors and shareholders that: (1) a copy of the pooling documents can be obtained by them by writing to the Liquidators requesting a copy of the pooling documents and by providing the Liquidators with a current address; and (ii) a copy of the pooling documents can be inspected by any unsecured creditor or shareholder of DKNZ or DK Holdings free of charge and during normal High Court office hours 9.30 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Registry Office of the Wellington High Court, Stoui Street, Wellington upon production (as Identification) of the letter or this advertisement.
