Offer for Mot. Holds
PA Wellington Motor Holdings, Ltd, yesterday said it had received formal notice of a takeover offer from Armbro Investments, Ltd. Armbro is headed by Motor Holdings chairman, Mr Peter Spencer, and has offered 27c a share for all the shares it does not already own.
