Public Notices Paparua a County Council STOPPING OF A PORTION OF BURKES BUSH ROAD IT is hereby publicly notified that pursuant to Section 342 (1) (a) of the Local Government Act 1974, the Paparua County Council proposes to stop the abovementioned road as described in the Schedule hereto. SCHEDULE All that parcel of land containing 5.7980 hectares or thereabouts shown marked ’A’ on Survey Office Plan 18141. This refers to a portion of unformed road approximately 3 kilometres long, commencing some 1150 metres east of Old Tai Tapu Road and finishing 660 metres west of the Summit Road. It is proposed that once stopped, the road will be disposed of to the adjoining owner. The abovementioned plan may be inspected during normal office hours at the office of the Paparua County Council, 149 Main South Road, Sockburn. Any person having any objection to this proposal is required to submit the objection in writing to the undersigned not later than Friday, October 13, 1989.
