ANDERSON, Gavin Brown (Guy), of 22D Shand Street, Green Island, Dunedin, formerly of Runanga — On August 29, 1989 (suddenly), at Dunedin, dearly loved husband and friend of Dulcie Beth and loved father, father-in-law and grandfather of Gavin, Kay, Lynne and lan; aged 71 years. A service will be held in Hope and Son Chapel, Andersons Bay . Road, Dunedin, Tomorrow (Thursday), at’ 11 a.m. and then to the crematorium. Flowers respectfully declined. ARMITAGE, Leonard John Lawford — On August 28, 1989, at Nurse Maude Memorial Hospital, dearly loved husband of Caroline, loved father and father-in-law of Jane and Robin Mears, Richard and Biddy, Peter and Joan, Lynley and Nell Escott, loved grandfather of Christopher, Sarah and Elizabeth, Victoria, Amanda and the late Kate, Louise and David, Deborah and Simon; In his 77th year. In lieu of flowers a donation may be made at the service to The Friends of Nurse Maude, or posted to P.O. Box 5126, Papanul. The Funeral service will be held In St Augustine’s Anglican Church, corner Tram and Island Roads, Clarkvllle, Tomorrow (Thursday), at 11.30 a.m., Interment thereafter In the churchyard. A service will be held In St John’s Anglican Church, Highgate, Roslyn, Dunedin, Tomorrow (Thursday), at 1.30 p.m., the Funeral then leaving for the Andersons Bay Servicemen's Cemetery.
