Home-buying seminars
The first National Housing Week to be organised by the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand will be held from September 12 to 18 this year. As part of National Housing Week “The Press” and the Canterbury/Westland branch of the Real Estate Institute have arranged a series of Home Buyers Seminars to be held at “Twiggers” at Addington Raceway.
On Monday, September 11, the theme will be for first home buyers. This group will again be the focus of the seminar on Tuesday, September 12.
On Wednesday, September 13, the theme will be “Buying your next home.”
It will be of interest to those either contemplating trading up or down.
Each seminar is timed to take about two hours. Provision has been made for a “question time” after each speaker.
Early bookings for the seminars are advised and may be made by returning the coupon included in the advertisement appearing in the Property Sell section of today’s edition of “The Press.”
