Pan Austral plans fail
Plans by Pan Austral Corporation to sell out to Hong Kong shipping interests have fallen through. The High Court was told yesterday that a scheme of arrangement had since been discussed with creditors. Pan Austral is under threat of winding up, but a four-week adjournment was granted by Master Towle to allow time for a creditors’ meeting to discuss the scheme,'
