Nine dogs
Sir, —I would think .the city Council would be delighted that Mr Raia cares for nine dogs that would otherwise have been destroyed,, presumably originally neglected and roaming the streets. I have often seen Mr Raia and his “family,”. all very much in control, attached to rope. And, I am sure, unlike the neighbourhood I live in where solitary dogs bark when bored, Mr Raia’s dogs would Be' too busy and loved to be a nuisance.— Yours, etc., / ; ’ - ? ■ ; - < MARY McKEICH.
