PA Suva The Waikato favourite, Millie Khan, continues to charge for the singles lawn bowls championship with another win at the Suva Bowling Club yesterday. - She convincingly beat her United States opponent, 25-10, and is placed second behind the Fiji champion, Maria tlrm On, with a game in hand.
The New £eatehd pairs team of Khaa and Manawalu's Lxo, Metean is also placed sewfet behind Fiji. The triples team of Betty Fitzell (Waikato), Adrienne Lambert (Waikato) and Marlene Castle (Auckland) is second too. But Australia on first place with seven wins from seven games' looks to be in too strong a position to be batten easily.
