The completion of this team requires the appointment of visionary and innovative applicants to: MANAGER, FINANCE AND TRADING Responsible for the financial control and performance of the Council, the Manager, Finance and Trading has specific responsibilities including: • the provision of an internal financial management system • the management of all Council trading operations • the management and development of up to 24 staff.
