Typhoon warning
Hong Kong stock market trading was suspended yesterday morning despite the lowering of the No. 8 typhoon signal. The Hong Kong Government lowered the No. 8 typhoon signal and replaced it with a No. 3 strong wind signal, a sign that most Hong Kong people would take to mean it was safe to venture out.
