Framework for networks
The network version of Framework 111 has been released in New Zealand. Priced at $1795, it supports five simultaneous users and includes built-in electronic mail, file locking with three file sharing modes and peripheral sharing. The store-and-forward mail system can link with other networks. It uses the Standard Message Format of MHS (Message Handling Service), the widearea networking software developed 'by Action Technologies and Novell. This allows communication between Framework 111 users and those using other software packages that implement the MHS standard message format.
