Hello, I hope you enjoyed the mid-term break, and now it’s back to school until the August holidays. Today’s “Junior Press” has a variety of activities for you to get involved with. Besides the usual stories, crosswords, poems and recipes there is a month of July calendar and a poster competition. This week is Barnados week." As an organisation Barnados helps families and children who need day-care. The day-care may be a home or at a special day-care centre. To celebrate Barnados week there is a poster competition for children aged 4 to 7 years and 8 to 12 years. If you wish to enter the rules are published in today’s “Junior Press.” Last week’s scrummy patty receipte was given to us by the “What Now” team. Craig Biggs created it for them. Thank you to all those people who contribute to the page. This week it’s good to see the work of some children aged seven and eight. Cheers, .
