It is envisaged that the successful applicant would need to display flair, iniatiatve and an ability to generate new business and promote these units within the tourist industry. There is huge potential here for someone with a dynamic personality and sound business acumen. Although experience in the hospitality industry would be advantageous, applications from those who feel they meet the above critea would be welcome.
