Tyson denies reports
NZPA-Reuter New York The heavyweight champion, Mike Tyson, said reports in a new book that he likes to hurt women during sex and boasted of punching his former wife, Robin Givens, were ridiculous.
“It’s absurd when you
think about it,” Tyson said in an interview in Sunday’s “New York Post.”
“First, they said I was gay. Then, they said I had too many girls. Now they’re saying that I’m hurting girls. If I’m into
hurting girls ... then how come I have so many? Why would women come near me?” asked Tyson, who is in Atlantic City training for next month’s title defence against fellow American Carl Williams.
