Spirit of Adventure
Sir,—The Spirit of Adventure Trust is an organisation which is totally dedicated to the development of today’s youth, both physically and mentally. In January of this year I was accepted to take part in a ten-day voyage on one of the trust’s two ships, the Spirit of New Zealand. I found it a great privilege to be able to participate in such a rewarding scheme, and have benefited immensely from an experience which taught me leadership, responsibility and many other valuable skills. I would like to express my appreciation to those who sacrifice their time and effort for the young people of New Zealand, and to the supporters of The Spirit of Adventure Trust — Yours, etc.,
L. H. COLLINS (Miss) June 17, 1989.
