Regulation or Authority, the Ellesmere County Council at a Special Meeting held on Monday, June 19, 1989 resolved by way of Special Order to borrow the sum of Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000) by way of a loan to be known as the Rakaia Huts Water Supply Loan, 1989, $60,000. The object and purport of the proposed loan Is for the purpose of financing the installation of a domestic water supply at the Rakaia Huts and within the previously designated area. The term of the loan shall i not exceed twenty (20) years f and the security for such loan ; shall be a special rate of r 0.002198 cents in the dollar ] upon the Rateable Capital Value of all property within ( the Rakaia Huts Water Sup- i ply Area. A full copy of the Special Order is deposited for public < inspection at the Office of the Ellesmere County Council, High Street, Leeston, and is available to the public during normal office hours until 4.30 p.m., Friday July 14, 1989.
