Three die as truck rolls
PA Hamilton At least three people are dead after a logging truck and trailer overturned on to a car near Bennydale, near Te Kuiti, yesterday. The Tokoroa police said a fourth person might have been trapped in the car after the crash on State highway 30 just east of Bennydale at 4 p.m. The truck-driver escaped with minor injuries but all the occupants of the car appeared to be dead, the police said. They were still clearing the wreckage last evening
