Endless hot water

A cold shower on a frosty winter’s morning is no fun. Perhaps two or three younger members of the family have pinched all the hot water or there is already a load of washing on the line. All that discomfort,

however, can be eliminated with the Europeandesigned and assembled Triton TBO deluxe shower heating system The Triton system dominates the market in the United Kingdom and is one of a number of similar instant hot water

systems now distributed in New Zealand by Parex Industries, Ltd, of Auckland. The system can be installed wherever there is a cold water supply, giving endless hot water. The units can operate at 95 per cent efficiency and give savings of up to 50 per cent on conventional electric hot water storage systems. Instant hot water systems, which operate by the cold water passing over an element, offer the ultimate in convenience and economy because no hot water cylinder or hot water piping is required. Other features include a temperature stabiliser device which prevents temperature fluctuations, (when other taps are turned on in the house), plus it allows the user to record their favourite temperature — just by dialling the number. There is also an antiscald device should there be a sudden drop in water supply. These benefits make the system ideal for places other than just the home, such as old people’s homes, motels,

hotels, hostels, and anywhere hot water is constantly in demand. A patented spray head is designed to give a spray pattern that is both powerful and comfortable to use, plus there is any one of five concealed entry points for water and electrical supply.

Strict electrical and installation requirements must be adhered to, with wiring carried out by a registered electrician.
