Businesses —your GST change checklist On July 1 the GST rate increases to 12‘/2%. The following checklist is designed to help you prepare for the rate change. DO YOU NEED TO CHANGE YOUR: □ Price lists/Rate cards? □ Literature with prices? □ Programmable sales register? Q Computer software? □ Internal forms? □ Quotation forms? □ Costing sheets? □ Signage? If you are a “GST-Registered Person”, a booklet explaining the effect of the change will have been sent to you or is about to be mailed.
