New Lotto outlet proves popular
The new Lotto outlet at Paper Plus in the Bush Inn Centre proved so popular with patrons that there were customers the instant the system came “on-line” last Friday. With no publicity of the installation until this week the local group manager for Paper Plus, Mr Eric Poissonnier, believes the demand bodes well for the future of the Lotto outlet. “Having Lotto available in the store will be good for us and good for the Bush Inn Centre as well, in that customers can now
get everything under the one roof,” Mr Poissonnier says. He believes that with the further expansion slated for the booming Bush Inn Centre, coupled with the merchandise mix in the Paper Plus stores, the company will soon rank in the “top ten” of Lotto operators in the South Island. The Bush Inn Paper Plus will unleash a promotional . extravaganza over the week-end to mark the official opening of its Lotto outlet. This Saturday, 500 hel-
ium balloons will be given away, there will be a wide range of in-store specials, plus Lotto “lucky dips” given at regular intervals to customers. The following month Lotto players who did not strike a prize can go into a draw with a weekly $lOO cash prize. With a jackpot weekend, the start of Lotto Combo and the high level of demand in the area the new staff member installed at Paper Plus is assured of a busy weekend.
