Shipping news
Rainy weather at the Port of Lyttelton yesterday delayed the loading of cargo on two ships in the Port. The need to prevent rain from falling into the holds of the ships and then freezing meant that the loading of meat onto the Kassos Reefer was delayed. The unloading of bananas from the Reefer Dolphin was also delayed by the rain. Both ships will leave the port early this week, one day behind schedule.
