Jarden granted bail
Kevin Moana Jarden was again allowed bail yesterday after being arrested last Friday and held in custody for allegedly breaching a condition of bail. The defendant, aged 43, represented by Mr Erno Bedo, was remanded on bail by Judge Frampton to June 29 for the taking of depositions.
He is accused of assaulting Kelly Skinley. The Judge, on Mr Bedo’s application, dropped the previously imposed non-association clause with the girl, aged 16. Mr Bedo said no further charges were pending against his client in respect of Miss Skinley.
