We require the services of a Production Manager to be responsible for the efficient and effective processing of all products and support services. The Production Manager will report to the General Manager and will play a key role in the implementation of plant development and operational forward planning. As responsibilities will include the recruitment and training of production staff good communication skills are required. Although a knowledge of the town milk industry would be an advantage it is secondary to management skills and commercial/ sales experience. The Company has just commenced planning for a new Milk Station to be built on a green field site within Dunedin and the appointee will be expected to play a major part in the development and organisation required for the successful completion of this project.
